Cancellations & Refund Policy

Overview

COABOL provides digital hosting, website access, AI tools, strategy support, and related business services. Because our services involve digital account setup, platform access, provider costs, and human support, refunds are handled based on the type of service purchased and the status of work already started.

Package Cancellations

Annual COABOL packages may be canceled within 30 days of the original purchase date. If cancellation is requested within that window and the account is eligible, COABOL may refund the eligible hosting portion of the package.

After 30 days, package payments are non-refundable. Canceling the package stops future renewal billing but does not automatically refund payments already processed.

A failed scheduled payment places the account in suspension until the balance is paid. If the account remains unpaid for 60 consecutive days, the complete COABOL package is automatically canceled. Cancellation ends hosting, website, WordPress and AI Builder access, private portal access, support, and connected services. Grandfathered pricing is forfeited, and any future reactivation is subject to the pricing and terms available at that time.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund once purchased, activated, started, or delivered:

• Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers.
• Third-party platform, software, plugin, or processing fees.
• Setup fees, onboarding work, or account activation work.
• Strategy plans, consulting sessions, project planning, or completed service work.
• Website design, development, content, media, or project work already started.
• Custom service payments made through a partner, provider, or connected business.

Website Design & Service Work

Website design, strategy, consulting, project management, and related service work are not treated as standard hosting refunds. If service work has started, refund eligibility depends on the amount of work completed, the project status, and the service agreement connected to that project.

If a project is canceled before work begins, COABOL may review the request for a partial or full service refund depending on the payment type, project timeline, and provider costs already incurred.

Renewals

Package renewals are billed according to the active annual or monthly schedule. Clients must cancel before renewal if they do not wish to continue the complete package.

Refunds are not guaranteed for renewal payments after the renewal has processed.

Refund Review

To request a refund, contact COABOL with your name, account email, payment date, and reason for cancellation. We may request proof of purchase or account details to verify the request.

Once the request is reviewed, COABOL will notify you whether the refund is approved, denied, or partially approved.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or approved business payment account. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but has not appeared, first check your bank or card account again. Then contact your payment provider, because posting times may vary.

If you have completed those steps and still have not received your refund, contact COABOL for assistance.

Account Access After Cancellation

When a COABOL package is canceled, hosting, website access, WordPress and AI access, private portal access, support, and connected services end after the active billing period.

Clients are responsible for downloading or requesting any needed website files, content, or records before cancellation is completed.
